THUNDER 

(Signature class)

Yoga in a whole new way. Mode 8 Thunder is where mobility meets the mind. This is where the Mode 8 Method was born. Thunder blends strength, flexibility, balance, and breath for ultimate mobility. 

Set to energetic music, and offers minimal verbal cues, alignment meets purpose in this upbeat class only MODE 8 Yoga offers. 
Yoga experience is recommended, but not required.

All classes are 50 minutes.

What to Bring to the studio: Optional Yoga mat, towel, and water. Wear comfortable athletic clothing. 

FLOW

(beginner friendly)

Unroll your yoga mat for an inspiring warm flow where you’ll practice the fundamental principles of a yoga class. Learn technique, alignment, posture and breath work.

Flow is set to inspiring music, with intuitive movements for all fitness levels. Get the foundation of mobility down with fluid movements at a moderate pace. Beginner friendly. All levels welcome!

What to Bring: Optional yoga mat, yoga towel, water bottle.

Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
