HOT YOGA THUNDER
Yoga in a whole new way. Mode 8 Hot Yoga Thunder is set to energetic music and offers minimal verbal cues as instructors practice with students. Alignment meets purpose in this upbeat class only MODE 8 offers.
Yoga experience is recommended.
INFRARED SAUNA HEATED 100*F
What to Bring to the studio: Yoga mat, towel, and water. Wear comfortable athletic clothing.
Light up the Body. Incorporate compound movements of the whole body with lighter weights and high reps. Tone and tighten the whole body in one efficient 45 min workout!
AC Set to 77*F
What to bring: Yoga mat, yoga towel and water bottle.
Shoes are optional.
Unroll your yoga mat for an inspiring flow where you’ll practice the fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga.
Power Flow class is set to fun music, with the 100 heat. You will work every muscle through movement and breath at a moderate pace.
What to Bring: A yoga mat.
Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.
Stand up and move, when you are ready for a reset don't worry you aren't going to sweat.
Dim lighting and soft music sets the tone to help relieve tension and reduce lower back pain.

Primal Yoga is a modern yoga style which unites the ancient mixed martial arts tradition, with modern yoga flow movement.
Set to upbeat music you'll stretch and strengthen the entire body leaving you feeling rejuvenated and empowered.
What to Bring: Mat, yoga towel, sweat towel, water.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing.

M8 - 45
OUR *NEWEST* addition to the core Mode 8 classes!
Mode 8 Yoga puts your best interest at heart
Get maximum result, without breaking your body down.
In M8- 45, we kick off with core work, 20 minutes of functional fitness then we follow up with 20 minutes of Stretch Yoga, and end with 5 minutes of mental and body recovery.
Bodies recover faster when we have adequate recovery! So book your M8 -45 at least once a week and feel the difference it can make!
